Account Delete Policy

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Robin account, you can do so directly from within the app.

 How to Delete Your Account
 1. Open the Robin app and log in
 2. Go to the Profile section (tap profile icon or account settings)
 3. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the profile page
 4. Confirm the deletion — your account will be permanently removed

 This action is irreversible — once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.

 What Data Gets Deleted
 - Profile information (name, email, phone number)
 - Task history and activity logs
 - Preferences and saved settings
 - Any linked third-party service connections
 - Conversation and interaction history

 Things to Keep in Mind
 - Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
 - Cancel any active subscription before deleting
 - You'll need to create a new account to use Robin again
 - Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes per applicable laws
